Stick head out and shout
To be loved is to be fortunate, but to be hated is to achieve distinction.
False hope is nicer than no hope at all.
Practice makes perfect, but nobody's perfect, so why practice?
Silence is one of the most effective forms of communication.
You may only be one person to the world, but you may also be the world to one person.
Choose a job you like and you will never have to work a day of your life.
I fell asleep on my economics text yesterday.
I fell asleep on my IBM text today.
What will I fall asleep on tomorrow?
-crosses fingers behind back-
Went down to SIM to train, brought Jared along.
The menu for kicks comprised mainly of those to be used for sparring.
They are very energy sucking, but when done well (eg. Jared), they look darn nice and the sound of the target getting hit is very shiok. ^-^
Ticha, Ferlyn and Farah (different from the one from my church, this one is older) had their grading yesterday.
Watching them do pattern is ok. Watching Ticha sparring with Ferlyn is very funny.
Must watch the clip to understand.
Due to their grading and a talk from Mr. Chow, we did not get to do/ learn our new patterns. Oh well, there’s always tomorrow. :D
-evil laughter-
Went for dinner with Jared at Sakae Sushi. His treat. ^-^
It’s amazing how fast one can get over being sian of Japanese cuisine. Hahahaha~
Went to the market with TKM this morning. Got cut by the fish, but they tasted real good when they were on the table. Revenge is mine!
-more evil laughter-
Only 5 of us plus a new guy at cell group just now.
Name of new guy: Eric Kok.
I shall not make any comments on him.
Jeff fetched me home before rushing off to meet his pal, but my point in mentioning this is that, on the way out of the car park, we passed a boy and his mother. They were obviously on their way home from TKD training because the kid was in his gi. He is a green belt. And he was practicing his pattern on the side of the road. I am guessing that he probably just learned the pattern tonight… getting back to my reason for starting this paragraph… I stuck my head out of the car and shouted: “FIRST YOU KICK THEN YOU DOUBLE PUNCH!”
Unfortunately, what I should have shouted was:
“FIRST YOU BLOCK THEN YOU PUNCH!”
Yeah~ I know, I have officially lost it.
-hysterical laughter-
Buah hahahaha…
I wonder where all my marbles went…
-rubs head and starts searching the house-
Need to turn in, UOL IBM revision class runs for 8 hours tomorrow and the day after. The joy of the Lord is my strength!
Maybe I will find my marbles under my pillow.
Hrmm……
-grows silent in thought-
